Deanna Little

Bio

Deanna Little teaches flute at Middle Tennessee State University and the TN Governor’s School for the Arts. She has performed as a soloist, chamber player and orchestral musician in Costa Rica, Germany, France, Switzerland and the United States. Little is the creator of the instructional flute method Daily Flutin’ and Proficient Performer 1.0. Little received degrees from the University of Northern Iowa and Indiana University where she holds the Doctor of Music degree. She has studied with Angeleita Floyd, Kathryn Lukas, Peter Lloyd and James Scott. She undertook additional music study at The Studio with Trevor Wye in England. “Diamonds Uncovered”, her debut CD, was released in 2009.
